PURPOSE OF LE BAILLIAGE R脡GIONAL DE PHUKET EN THA脧LANDE
The Regional Council and members of the Bailliage R茅gional de Phuket are dedicated to raising the standards of fine dining in the Province. We work with h么teliers and restaurateurs to present menus and matching wine selections of the highest calibre. Our functions allow chefs de cuisine and ma卯tres d'h么tel of the host venues to escape their routine and regular preparations as they meet the challenge of creating an Extravagance Gastronomique for the world鈥檚 foremost gastronomic society.
PURPOSE OF LE BAILLIAGE NATIONAL DE THA脧LANDE
The Cha卯ne des R么tisseurs is the oldest and most prestigious international gastronomic society devoted to the promotion of fine dining and the camaraderie and pleasures of the table. There are members in more than one hundred countries in all parts of the world.
In Thailand there are nearly two hundred members in three Bailliages in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket. These Bailliage members include several leading Chefs, wine and food importers, hospitality professionals and food and wine aficionados representing a divers background who partake in local fine and casual dining events in style.
WHAT IS THE CONFRERIE DE LA CHAINE DES ROTISSEURS?
The Confr茅rie de la Cha卯ne des R么tisseurs is an international gastronomic society with chapters and members in over 100 countries. It is dedicated to bringing together both professional and nonprofessional members, worldwide, who share a mutual interest in food, wine and fine dining. In Thailand we have three Bailliages (or Chapters) with the Bailliage National in Bangkok and Bailliages R茅gionaux in Pattaya and Phuket.
