A Word from SōL
Top Russell — Founder & Creative Director
SōL takes its name from the Latin word for sun — fitting, since it's the first thing its Phuket-born founder thinks of when he pictures home. Built as a modern-day clubhouse for the island's community, SōL brings together comforting classics and inventive plates on a menu designed for sharing, whether that means a lazy afternoon between friends or a lively evening that runs long into the night.
It's this same spirit of connection — of gathering old friends, new faces, and good food around one table — that makes SōL a fitting home for our Bailliage's Dinner Amical: an evening meant simply for members and guests to relax, share a meal, and enjoy each other's company.
