An Evening of Alba Truffles & Piedmont Wines

Dear Members and Friends, it is our pleasure to invite you to a special evening bringing together the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Bailliage de Phuket and the Order of the Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba, for a celebration of fine food, Piedmont wines and friendship.

The evening will introduce our Phuket community to the Knights of Alba, whose home is the Castello di Grinzane Cavour in the Langhe, Piedmont. Their devotion to the region's white truffles, wines and gastronomic heritage shares a natural affinity with the spirit of the Chaîne.

Later in the month, the Order will inaugurate its Thai Delegation at its Constitution Chapter, convened at the call of Maestro Ugo Venturino. The evening begins with an aperitivo, followed by a solemn induction ceremony and a dinner celebrating the white truffle of Alba and the great wines of Piedmont.

This rare occasion offers a select circle of connoisseurs the opportunity to stand among the founding members of the Order in Thailand, and we would be delighted to have you with us.
